The Commander nodded to Sibil's orders. Though he outranked her, they were still close enough of ranks to constitute the allowance of what would usually be considered insubordination given the fact that Lieutenant Commander Tucker was in charge of the search and he had been given direct orders from the Admiral to take orders from the Lieutenant Commander. "Of course Lieutenant Commander, lead the way." Adrian looked over at Lieutenant Owen as he walked by him, stopping and turning to lean in towards his ear. "Lieutenant, if you could, please try to get Ms. Kina over there sent to the interrogation room. I don't care how you have to do it, just do it." Adrian leaned back and nodded to the Lieutenant, trusting that he would have the skills to do what Adrian has requested of him. Taking quick steps, the Commander caught up to the Lieutenant Commander as they made their way towards the kitchen of the firefly-class ship. "I don't suppose we're looking for any specific, are we Lieutenant Commander Tucker?" He had read the basis of the search operation in his room before the Trinity had been hailed, but he also knew that some things were kept out of official mission briefings to keep things confidential.

After speaking with the Admiral he glanced at the woman whom seemed to be in charge of the whole thing again. Their eyes very briefly met and it was then that it all come flooding back to him. August 2522 on Paquin after he had revised Layla. He had slept with Lieutenant Commander Tucker that very evening. It was only because of her eyes that he recognised her. What a classy good looking girl like her was doing in the Alliance Navy he would never know. Him knowing her might work in their favour depending on how all this played out. James limped back over to where Sid was standing and watched as Tucker disappeared into the ship to search it.

Luckily the admiral didn't try too hard to assert his authority after Roger spoke to him. He appeared to be a reasonable man which meant that his men wouldn't be going out of their way to cause them unnecessary trouble. They were overstepping with the search but there wouldn't be any crap charges tossed on just to stick it to them. It would be as fair a shake as one could get from the Alliance.
No matter how much they all kept saying 'routine', Roger didn't believe it. James was most probably right. Cadan or someone else had tipped the Alliance off making this search anything but random and routine. Maybe they had bad luck and got stopped just as the Alliance began to flex their muscle in the region with a new policy but the big brass was down here and interacting with the ship said otherwise. Their chief of security was personally leading the inspection, a commander was searching as well, and a god damn admiral was on their ship supervising. To top it off there were enough purple-bellies around to make sure that the officers weren't in danger, the crew of the Trinity not being disarmed at all. Yeah, they were looking for something and whatever it was it was attracting a lot of Alliance attention and resources.
Roger just wondered how long the pleasantries were going to last. It was a good possibility that the cargo was actually illegal and they'd been set up but even forgetting this it was about now that all their information and paperwork would be coming back in. At least the four of them were former Browncoat officers, Roger being the least significant of all. Personally, Roger had killed a lot of people in the war, been decorated, etc. His life since then showed a history of hanging onto the Independent philosophy, disputes/fights with Alliance supporters, and now sitting on a boat with a bunch of former veterans planning who knows what against the Alliance.

Orville collected up all the Ident cards as they made there way to him. He acknowleded the orders that were given as the events past. He hardly noticed the few spats that happened here and there on the ship. That was none of his concern. For now all he wanted to know was who was of interest.
He checked all the cards and recods that went with them. After processing the information a bit he walked over to Sidney. "Mr. Bainbridge. Can I have you follow me." He put it politely but it was less then an option. He had two armed security personel walking with him.
THen we walkedover to Sakura. "You as well Ms. Kina." Even if they disputed there was little option for them to fight him on it. After they had gotten any disagreement out he took them both off the Trinity and on to the Esteem. Just inside the hatch there was a couple of rooms for interrigations. He put one of them in each of the rooms. "Stand guard out here neither of them come out for now." He told the two guards then he walked in to the first room With Sidney. He would leave Sakura for Adrian to deal with when he was done with the search.
He would be in the room with Sidney for a short while them bringing him back out shortly after the security team had completed the sweep of the ship. By that time Adrian had already gone in to talk to Sakura. Who would shortly after be brought back out to the Trinity.
(OOC: Interrigations will be done in two other threads)
