Sidney had calmed down quite a bit from his earlier rage. He had made contact with a companion on New Cannan and convinced her to come escort him to the Maiden's Mercy. He had left out the details of everything that was really happening. No way she would have shown up then.
The crew had readied themselves after finding out what they needed to know to save Kalli. Sidney was going to have some more words with him when this was all said and done. For now though he had to get Georgia on the ship and get her prepared for what was really going to happen.
He wouldn't lie to her once she was here but he wasn't going to take the chance of her running off either. After a brief wait she finally arrived walking in to the cargo bay. He hd ashed the others to make sure they weren't to obvious with guns hanging all over them just yet. "Ms. Celadon, I'm glad your hear." He walked over and shut the cargo bay door behind her. To be expected they were in a hurry to get going. What he had to sday next though would be quite revealing.
With in seconds of the cargo bay door shutting Dani started the ship up and got her to moving. "Were in a bit of a hurry." Sidney began to speak as he looked down to his sid. He had put his browncoat on to cover the small blood stain at his side. "I have to be honest with you Ms. Celadon, This event isn't exactly what I made it out to be. We need your help."

Georgia walked into the cargo bay, one hand carrying the bag of personal belongings she had brought with her and the other hand holding her dress up slightly for fear of either tripping over it or trailing it through dust. Her anxiety about coming here had subsided somewhat, replaced now by excitement and a determination to get everything perfectly right. Hence the being overly cautious about the dress.
She looked around herself as inconspiciously as she could manage, curious but careful not to seem to be making any judgements on the ship. It seemed ok, maybe not as nice as she was expecting, but her expectations were fairly high; her experience of ships had been limited, and when you haven't seen something it's easy to build it up in your mind to the point that you'll inevitably be disappointed when you do.
Georgia smiled at Sidney when he spoke to her, a genuine excited smile that she hoped would not seem unprofessional. She noticed his hurry in closing the door. Perhaps he was nervous, she thought. Plenty of people are uncomfortable at big social gatherings, which is what the event they were attending sounded like to her, so that seemed like an adequate enough explanation. Or maybe they were just running late, and she was projecting her own emotions onto him. Georgia took a deep breath and tried to block out these thoughts for at least long enough to give the outward impression of being calm and collected.
However, that impression was quickly ruined by the next thing she heard. Not what he made it out to be? The nervous feeling came back in full force and she stared at Sidney in confusion.
“What's going on?” she asked, and whatever tiny part of her that was not nervous felt oddly excited by the idea that she could be of any use for anything interesting. “And what exactly do you mean by help?”

Cadan was standing on the catwalk keeping his distance from Sidney. Thought Layla had managed to save him from his impending doom he didn't trust that Sidney would give it a second try. Cadan walked over to the stairs to head down and stopped there, that was close enough.
"Our China is in trouble and we need a companion ter get on the bleedin' Maiden's Mercy." Cadan chimed up to the womans request. They were lucky they were able to find a companion willing to show up on such short notice. Cadan was real lucky, it was someone who could help right his wrong. Not to mention a witness that isn't part of the crew that would say something if Cadan 'disappeared'.
Cadan had don't much to get ready for what was to come. He had put Sakura's shotgun in to the shuttle he figured if things went wrong up there on the Maiden's Mercy he would need it. "Wifaht your 'elp we can't 'elp 'er." He wanted to make sure she understod that she was the missing link to solving this issue before they went in to to much detail.

Sakura couldn't stand idly by this time. Kalli was in trouble and Tari was hurt. They were already down two crew members and one of them wasn't very trustworthy nor skilled with firearms. It also didn't help that James was not in the best shape of his life. Donning an innocent-like dress, Sakura strapped a combat blade onto her right thigh underneath the dress and had already made precautions to hide her two pistols in her medical bag. Walking out into the cargo bay, Sakura made her way down the stairs to the lower level and sat waiting silently for the briefing, or however much of the briefing they were willing to give to the companion on board, to end. They were running out of time, but that didn't mean they should bring anyone onto the mission without knowing what they're headed into. Sakura might not have been in the right mindset to be a part of a stealth mission, but she sure as hell was for a mission involving shooting anyone or anything she didn't recognize as a part of the crew or the companion. She would make sure that no one laid a finger on Kalli, and that meant leaving a trail of blood in her wake as the crew made their way towards Kalli.

The whole idea of getting into the Maiden's Mercy required a Companion's help. Art didn't like it, but if it was the only way to rescue the young miss Kalli-Ann, then certain measures would have to be taken. Art was in his room prior to this little meeting, going through his things. Once he was dressed, shoulder holster in place, the man busied himself with a pistol. It had been removed from a case buried deep in the bottom of an old trunk in his quarters, the box it had been in simply containing a rather well-maintained Sig Sauer P226, and the silencer he was now screwing into place. It was already in the shoulder holster as he made his way down towards the cargo bay. Extra clips already stored in small ammo packs on his belt. Art pulled his jacket on as he reached the bottom of the catwalk stairs, glancing towards Sakura briefly before he joined Sid and their little man with a death-wish. A kind smile was offered towards the companion, maybe searching for something reassuring to say. He didn't. All he did was reach within his jacket and pulled out a photo of Kalli and possibly some old boyfriend-- Jamie Dunmar-- that he'd taken from her room. He held it out for the Companion to see.
"This is her. Kalli-Ann Bernett."
From the picture, all smiles and sunshine, it was hard to think that anyone would want to bring her harm. Hopefully, he'd appeal to the Companion's good nature to see a young girl home safe-- though Celadon didn't look to be very old herself. A glance was cast towards Cadan. A very bland expression. As if he wasn't much bothered about his existence. If Sid really wanted, Art could take care of him... quietly. After all this was over and Kalli was home safe. Art cleared his throat. Nothing personal-- it had never been anything personal. As of late, he'd been slipping back into his old ways. For a while there he'd seemed more and more like a regular guy. Just a mechanic. The man underneath was still there, however. Lingering. Waiting. He'd need those skills again soon, wouldn't he?

Having been looking at Sidney in the hope of an explanation, Georgia heard another voice and turned to look at the man at the stairs who was answering her. Instinctively she was about to smile and introduce herself, but she was able to stop herself in time; even without knowing the details, she knew it was too serious a situation to be wasting time with formalities.
She nodded as the situation was explained to her, not totally sure what she was meant to say. It wasn't like she had much of a choice to make. It seemed to her that it would be heartless to refuse to help people who wanted to save their friend, and she assumed she wouldn't have to do anything that could get her killed. Not to mention the fact that realistically it didn't seem like she could leave now; they seemed like nice people, but they were nice people in a bad situation, and she didn't want to risk anyone turning violent. Georgia had plenty of secret talents, but self-defence had unfortunately never been one of them.
The photo of Kalli made the decision even easier. She looked much the same age as Georgia, and more importantly, she looked happy. Not that unhappy people didn't deserve to be rescued too, of course. But something about the picture just made it clear how much of a waste of life it would be if anything were to happen to the girl.
“Of course I'll help,” she said quietly, aware of the fact that everyone was watching for her reaction. She still didn't know who everybody was, but she couldn't think of any good reason not to trust them. And there was definitely no reason for her not to help.

James sat on the bed and in the infirmary with a needle in his hand. The needle contained a pain relief that would strengthen the tissues in his leg and fight of the infection on his leg for forty-eight hours. The downside was that it could cause a permanent limp for the reminder of his life. That was a chance he was willing to take. The drugs were stolen by Sakura several months ago when they raided an Alliance laboratory. She would kill him when she knew he had taken them. But hell with it.
James stabbed the needle into near the bullet wound and immediately felt his leg getting better. Jumping down off of the bed instead of a sharp pain he felt nothing. Forty-Eight hours started now. He walked out of the infirmary with no trouble and no pain in his leg.
The Captain headed out of the infirmary still walking with a limp at first but eventually found his feet. Walking again felt so unnatural to him. He found the crew in the cargo bay with the women of the hour. He gathered she was the companion Sid had contacted. "We appreciate the help" James said walking into the cargo bay looking right as rain. Always one to make a grand entrance it seemed.

Sidney walked over to James as he came out of the infirmary. Sidney knew exactly what he was thinking, He was going to go on this job as well. He would have tried to convince him otherwise but had it been the other way around there would be no stopping Sidney either, so he decided not to even try. "You see our The ship, Maiden's Mercy, is a luxury liner and auction house." He began to explain to Georgia as he turned to look at her. "They do auctions that are less then legal, Slave trading, and it seems our friend has been picked up for that purpose."
He paused a bit as he walked back over to Gerogia. "Getting on the ship is the issue. That is where you come in. Either you have an invite or are bringing in a companion to be sold at the auction. Since none of us can get invited to the place we need a registered companion. Now we have no intentions of leaving you there. If we can gain access with you then we can get our friend and everyone off that ship"
It all seemed simple enough but there were of course chances for things to go wrong. That would be an issue for them to deal with then. "We'll take you in so we can get on the ship and find our friend then we will get everyone out of there. If we run in to issues with someone seeing us leaving we are more then able to resolve that issue." Another words shoot their way out. The longer it took for that to happen the better. These kinds of ships usually had a security detail of a few dozen men. Getting them to open the hatch to get on was the hardest part though once that was done Sidney was ready to fight his way through everyone on the ship.

James met Sids eyes for a mere few seconds. Both men had come a long way over the last seventeen years truth be told Sid was the closest thing he had to a brother. Having seven sisters and all. The two men had been through much "Make no mistakes ladies and gents, shoot first and ask questions later our priorities first and foremost are out friend here's safety and getting Kalli out of tjere" James and Sid had never left a man behind. Hell if they had left people behind then James wouldn't be standing here right now. The two men had built a bond that could never be broken although none of them would admit it!

Roger announced his presence to the new comer with the metallic sound of a charging handle being cocked and then released. He had been waiting and timed it perfectly to accent Sidney's statement 'we are more than able to resolve that issue.' Roger stepped out into plain view of the cargo bay feeling that the conversation had already gotten to the point where it wouldn't be his fault if the companion ran off at the sight and mention of guns, especially after James' additional comments that in no way beat around the bush.
"Slave tradin' can be a dangerous line of work 'specially when they steal someone from right in front of the crew that cares about her." Roger said trying to make the imminent violence sound as pleasant as possible. "I figure it's a kindness to show them the err' of their ways." It probably wasn't helping much, maybe just making Roger appear more like a run-of-the-mill killer rather than a psychotic murderer.

There really wasn't much to say. Everything was set down now, there was a mission, a plan, and a RoE. Almost in an echo of Roger cocking his gun's charging handle, after James' following speech, Sakura slid clips into each of her pistols and in a swift jerking back motion used inertia to pull back both slides of her pistols and loaded the first rounds into the chambers. "I have no problems with that." Standing up, Sakura walked towards the rest of the group, seeing as how it seemed that they were all almost ready to go. Her dress should hopefully catch the Maiden's Mercy's crew off guard and if not, it would be refreshing to wear something nice into a firefight for a change.
Had she really said that? Sakura was taken aback by her own logic, which had made sense in a feminine manner, but not in her soldier's mindset. She truly was changing, whether for the better or worse, who knew, but she was truly changing.. Standing amongst the crew, Sakura flicked the safety on her pistol back on and put the pistol into her medical bag again. She was now ready for whatever came at them. She would not fail to protect those she cared about, and she would most definitely not fail to save Kalli.

Sidney had everything ready and it seemed the crew was ready to take on there jobs. The companion had agreed to help but still wasn't to informed on what they would be doing though at this point they were getting close and he would have to be brief in letting her know wht was going to happen. "Ms. Celadon, All I need you to do is walk down the hallway with me and a few others they will tell us where we need to go with you with us. Once we are there we'll get our friend and be right back out of there."
It was true though there was going to be some shooting to. She would have to deal with that when the time comes. This was hopefully going to be quick, and quiet but that was also unlikely. The Maiden's Mercy had a large scurity staff that would make this harder if they had to start shooting.

Georgia walked along with Sidney, wondering what exactly was going to happen. She had made a mental note of some of the things that the other crew members had said; "shoot first and ask questions later" being one of the phrases that stood out as a little worrying. But she said nothing. She felt a little out of place in this group, seeing as she had never even seen a gun in real life before. She knew herself well enough to assume that she would probably faint if anything too exciting were to happen on the Maiden's Mercy.
"I know we're in a hurry and I don't want to be wasting anybody's time or anything," she said while walking, glancing around at everyone, "but could all of you tell me your names?" She felt much more comfortable around people once she at least knew who they were or what they did. She guessed the others knew who she was, but it still felt like the correct thing to do to introduce herself. "I'm Georgia."

The rest of the crew seemed ready and eager. The companion also seemed ready though she clearly had gotten herself in over her head and if she'd been warned prior she probably wouldn't have shown up. Good thing Sidney didn't give her the choice of turning them down.
"Roger." The gunhand replied to the request for introductions. He contemplated adding his job description but decided against it. 'I kill bad people' probably wasn't what Georgia wanted to hear.
