Hello all, I'm Auryn, for those who haven't met me. This is my first character, Emmett Tanner. I'm not describing him, I worked hard enough on that app that if you want to know about him, you can go read it.

Basically, while I was working on creating Emmett, I had a number of people approach me with plot ideas, all of which sounded great. But I have a god-awful memory, and I haven't quite figured out who everyone is. So, if you asked me about plotting or planning, would you mind posting here to let me know about it? Or help me remember?

Due to their mutual nomadic lifestyle/tendencies Vivian and Emmett could have known each other before they both chose to settle down and join a ship (on opposing sides). We chatted about it briefly but it could be an amusing encounter if they met up with one another again later?

That's right, indeed you did. I remember it all clearly now.

Now here's the part where I get to make an idiot of myself and ask stupid questions.....
What exactly do I do to officially join a crew? Like, is there a process, or just talk to the right person....?
(Like I said, stupid question. Sorry. I have more than a bit of clueless in me.)

There's nothing super official past character approval. You jut start RPing with that ship (typically with a thread RPing you getting hired/picked up by the ship). Then an admin will eventually change your member group and hopefully move your application so that it's all under the right ship.

Since this thread was started as talk about your character meeting people I figured as another new person I would toss in my name as well. Clairabella is in need of some RPing as soon as I am approved.
