The building wasn't what Juliet would have expected. She had thought the Alliance was supposed to be a great shining place, filled with either opportunity or corruption, depending on which side you had fought for. The place Victoria had taken her was nicer than anything she had seen on Whitefall, but compared to pictures of the Core, it was downright drab.
