possible explanation with my pop up error

I put in a question on proboards on what might help with the popup i'm still getting. They gave a suggestion, but I didn't know how to convey it so I posted a link to the thread.

I think it might be our Alias code, but I don't think we're going to remove it. The alias code allows people with multiple characters to use their characters without having to log out and in repeatedly.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, though, and I do not understand why you are still having problems. I use Firefox as well and I've never gotten a pop-up. Maybe it has something to do with your browser settings or a pop-up blocker? I don't know a lot about this stuff. Maybe just stick to IE when traveling to the forums? :/
