So I just downloaded Photoshop CS4 and installed it.
I have only a limited knowledge of Photoshop, can someone go over on how to make an avatar and a signature?

I am a graphic design major! :] So yes, I could probably help you. I don't currently have any PS of my own, though.  I had to get a Mac and I only had it for PC! Ask, and I shall attempt to help! |

It really depends on what you're trying to do. I assume you know how to size your document..and how to cut pictures out...what exactly do you want tips on? I could also link you to some tutorials. www.planetphotoshop.com is a pretty good resource for tutorials. www.dafont.com is a great resource for fonts. www.cgtextures.com has a whole lot of textures for you. www.sxc.hu/home is a FREE Stock-photo site. It doesn't have as great of photos as paid ones, but you get what you pay for. Vintage TutorialsText Effects TutorialsWant more?
