In a land torn by war. . .
Several years have passed since the High Lord of Rioren was named King and a great rift seared through the land. Supporters of the Late King's heir, the High Lord of Blackbridge formed an army that threatened to tare the king from his throne; the Blood Legion. With the support of the Dark Elves, the Werewolf Clans, and the Bloodstone Vampires the army now forces the King of Easthaven to apply for help to the Dragon Riders, an order of ancient Dragon Kin gifted with the ability to bond with Dragons.
But help was quicker than they had imagined. With the Blood Legion abusing dragons to use as their war pets the Dragon Riders threw their lot in with the King of Easthaven, creating the Alliance of Easthaven. Now uncertainly plagues the realm and allegiances are being made. With the omnipresent threat of a Blood Legion attack on Easthaven territories there is little hope for reconciliation before fighting.
War would soon be among them.
