Esteem Security Team Expectations - Full knowledge of the Esteem is mandatory for all officers. There is a test that must be taken and passed, new security officers will have a period of one month to study and pass this test or face disiplinary action.
- Officers must log a minimum of five hours per week in the gun range. Target sheets will be recorded and sent to the Chief of Security daily for review. Additional hours or training may be assigned on a case-by-case basis.
- Until our full security reinforcements arrive officers will be working eighteen hour shifts.
- Due to the current work-load there will be no leave time approved and there will only be one day off per week for officers to accomodate shift change. Day and night shifts rotate weekly for everyone.
- Various training sessions are in occurance weekly, officers are free to sign up but may only attend one session per shift. Please see the schedule.
(Note: These requirements are also applied to Sibil - with the exception that her workdays are nineteen hours a day) ---------------------------- ***The expectations are also applicable to the team 'White Arrow' that have been contracted by the military to serve on the Esteem. Until further notice however they will be assigned to on-board security shifts only. ((Ducky please PM me a list of the names of the folks in your group when you can? I'll make out a schedule type thinger for you guys to give you a little more to go off of for RP))
