[December 4th, 2522 - Late Afternoon]Layla was finally on Persephone, she unfolded the piece of paper she had in her pocket where the location Sid had given her was written down. The Captain of the transport ship she'd hired was happy to give her directions, thankfully. She made her way quickly, not worrying about finding a place to stay just yet. Needed to see her brother, make sure he was ok. Then kick him for getting himself hurt. Once she reached the building associated to the information that Sidney had given her she knocked on the door. If no one answered in a few moments she'd knock again. When someone finally answered the door Layla would have a look of annoyance and worry, both directed to her brother who was supposed to be here. "I need to see my brother please, James Clark." She had with her only one medium sized bag, packing had gone quickly, anything that had been forgotten could be replaced. James probably wasn't expecting her, if he was even conscious, she hoped he was. It would be a good sign and she'd be able to give him a good stern talking to also. --------- Outfit

Jon had heard the knock at the door but didn't pay it much mind. Then it came again and he realized the person was probably going to be persistent. Probably another salesmen or something. Nothing he needed. Persephone was troublesome a place he would rather avoid. He preferred it back on St. Albans, the only reason he was here was because Major Bainbridge had asked for a favor when he just happened to be here.
He rented the small place to take care of Colonel Clark. He still consitered them his superiors even though the war was long since over. He wouldn't say it to their faces that he respected them no infact he acted pretty much the opposite just like he did back then. He knew when Sidney had waved him he should have just ignored it but for some reason he couldn't do it. Loyalty was such a wasted trait really.
He through a shirt on and went to the door. It wasn;t what he had expected. A young lady, very beautiful infact claiming to be the Sister of James. It couldn't be when thinking of how james looked. he was quickly turning in to a mangled old man like Jon and Sidney. 'Hold on." Is all jon said before slaming the door and rushing back inside. He quickly picked a few things up so that there was a path through the tornato mess in the house. Then back to the Room James was in.
He quickly pulled the bandages off of James side and replaced them. " You hit every branch of the ugly tree on your way down didn't you." He told him with a bit of a smile. He wasn't working to impress the girl no all he was after was to keep her from getting to upset about the condition of the hell hole they were in.
He walked out of the room and went for the door again after he was done. "By the way you got a visitor James, wait till she is gone to die alright?" He said as he walked out of the room. He opened the front door with the best smile he could muster. "Right this way Ms. Clark." He would her motioning to the back room. "I let him know of your arrival and he is expecting you." Sure he did tell him he had a visiter but who it was he hadn't mentioned and James was far from expecting any visiter.
Jon walked her in to the room and stood by the door. He didn't say a thing just waited to see what kind of fasination family drama was going to play out infront of him now. As long as she didn't drag him in to the whole mix Jon didn't mind the visiter.

James Clark had been in a lot of situations over the last twenty years or so but this was by far the worst. He didn't remember much of what had happened only that he was left with a broken arm, a few cuts and bruises and three entry wounds from bullets that should have killed him. This was by far the worst. James was very, very lucky to be alive they were going to have to start calling him 'Bulletproof' Clark. He was still attached to all sorts of budget machinery but that good news was that he would live. Marks had been a pain in the arse during the war but a loyal and trustworthy friend. Jon Marks was a man worth keeping around his skills offered a lot and he was a valued friend of both James and Sid. "Don't hate, appreciate" he said with an attempt at a smile that lead to him coughing slightly. He wasn't fully recovered yet but he would be in a couple of weeks. Marks knew his that was for sure. Then the next part surprised him, a visitor? Who the hell other than Sid knew he was here?. He looked at the door anxiously waiting for whoever it was to enter.

The man shut the door in her face....what?! She was at a loss for words, the man had some balls. Layla was annoyed now and it showed. When he opened the door again he was smiling, she was not. He called her 'Ms. Clark' but she didn't correct him, no need. She wasn't supposed to tell anyone her last name anymore even though she still clung to it. Afraid to embrace her family again. As she followed him through the building she looked around, not much for a place of healing was it. "Thank you." Her words were soft as she passed by the doctor and into the room where her brother was.
When she came in view of James her face was a mixture of emotions, worry, relief and anger. "Wuh de tyen, ah..' she sighed as she walked over to him, 'Now why'd you go and get yourself all hurt for!" Layla smacked him in the knee, rather hard considering she isn't a strong girl. "You didn't even wave me! No one waved me!" She was in a fluster, all kinds of angry and yet glad at the same time. Happy he was alive and awake.

The thought that came through his head was busted straight after he saw his youngest sister. She was possibly by far the worst person to find him in his current state. Layla had been through enough in recent years before he dug her out of that hell hole. Now he was the one in a state and he didn't like it he was supposed to be the protector and now he just felt helpless. "It's a long story" he told her and the truth was he didn't remember anything that happened. "You wasn't supposed to find out" he explained coughing slightly.

She wasn't supposed to find out? Was he serious! What did he think would happen, she waved him twice a week, how would she not find out eventually. Her anger rose at her brother's words along with her voice. "You..you qing wa cao de liu mang!' Layla paced in a circle for a moment, 'I'm your gorram sister and I wasn't supposed to find out?!" Sure he was hurt, but she was angry and he was being the same old James. Despite her rage tears began to well up in her eyes, "What makes you think I shouldn't know! You're my brother! You're...you're all I've got!" Yep that was it, she started to cry. There was no holding it back anymore.

Jon spent a few minutes just listening to the conversation between the two he could tell James was in the dog house with his sister. His little sister at that, quite the different side of James from what Jon was used to.
He began to rummage through his bags and find some tools and IV bags. Nothing that was really needed but he figured the young lady would be more interesting if she saw a bit more. "How could you lie to your sister like that James, shes a sweet girl and deserves better then that." He turned to face Layla. "I'm sorry his manners are lacking lately he was so badly hurt that we though we might have to just cut our losses and sell him for parts." He said almost mockingly.
He grabbed up the IV bags and tools and tossed them over to James. Hitting him in the stomach with them, in a way that would cause his stomach to tighten with a wee touch of pain. "Heads up James." He said as they landed. "Looks like your going to have to be my assistant again." He was having a grand old time with it all. Sure she wouldn;t be happy and some of her anger mightbe directed his way but for the misery that James would be going through it was all worth it.
