After three major wars, Earth was a God forsaken planet that was polluted
to bits. Humanity had only one chance of survival and that was a migration
to Mars. A planet where the colony was, to put it simply, in it's infancy. The
domes were up and liveable. The next generation and those lucky enough
to have some wealth or won a lottery to leave, were able to make the
migration to the red planet.
Mars, was suppose to be a proverbial Eden amongst the stars. A place
where the wars had no effect and the different species could live in some
form of harmony. Those promises were all lies. Mars, while radiation-free,
was not the Eden that had been promised. There was still a divide and
squabbles amongst the different classes still happened frequently. To
make matters worse, there was no real leader and the thoughts of yet
another war were on many peoples minds.
It was like this for twenty years, up until Warren Slade unified the various
gangs and created his own army to take what he felt was his. It was not
a difficult task. Now the Dictator rules and what he says, goes. Some
people, do not like the fact he is a self appointed leader and a rebellion
has been forming. Others are worried that he can not fulfill the needs of
the people but do and say nothing.
So the question is this, are you a believer in Slade's ideals?
Maybe you're one of the Rebels wanting to overthrow him.
Or maybe, you're just another civilian trying to live on one hell of a hostile planet.
