Has issues with reavers. Might be a problem because of his ghost status with in the core planets and being watched by the Blus Sun group. Has unseen cyber prosthese created by Ai Tsuchiya. Is the boy firend to Ai Tsuchiya.

She has family in very high positions with in the Aliance core worlds. Is very trust worthy and respected by both core worlds and rim worlds. Worked in the fields during the war as trauma doctor. Is the girl friend of Corran Boid.

In summary, Baden Fletcher is simply an older gun-for-hire looking for anyone to take him on and take him to the next fight. He has a wanted status by the Alliance for going AWOL, but he has hid his tracks well and they'll have a hard time finding him.

This post really made me start thinking about the Trinity. It's hard to believe that it has been dead two months and barely limping along for a month before then. Apparently Kyla (or somebody) has also decided to retire it already so I suppose Sofia isn't the only person needing to transfer off of it.

I'm still around and Roger of course is my namesake around here so I don't want to just drop him. Tris is around even if he rarely posts. I know Meilin is also around. Other than that Sid and Kalli are MIA these past few months. Dani was never really active since the new year. Sakura was a little better but not much. Art is off the ship and so is Tari.

If it's alright with you guys I think we could probably just say that for whatever reason the Alliance came after the ship. It got impounded and Sid/Tari/etc. got locked up (allowing them and the ship to come back later if needed). Then the handful of us managed to escape to the Rayya maybe as passengers at first trying to GTFO that planet and then later stay on as crew (like the Simon Tam joining Serenity except there's a bunch of us).

I have moved most of the inactive ship boards into storage yes. None are officialy retired as of now, if there is any interest shown in any of the crew the boards are easily moved again.

Of course I'd love to see the Trinity rise again but with the sudden drop in crew partially due to choice and others to inactivity I just don't see that happening any time soon. The entire crew that's left range from two months on the ship to just a few days. Roger is a leader but not really the captain type, certainly not the semi-legal business captain type. Tris is great but his post rate wouldn't be enough to keep the ship afloat. Although roles like cook and companion certainly make a ship more full, they are far from necessary. So basically the Trinity would only have two real crew members in Roger and Tris (who is an inexperienced new hire) and both are gunhands. Then of course there's the issue as to what happened to cause the others to leave and Roger to get the ship.

Sorry if it's ranting but I just really don't think its revival is possible without Sid coming back. No captain and things just fall apart (e.g. Lars' absence causing the Star to go inactive despite all other crew being around, Sid's absence causing Trinity and Hyperion (Firefly and BSG) to slow to a halt, and Pike's absence causing the Phoenix to die.). Replacing them is never easy because it doesn't feel right, doesn't make RP sense, and because it completely reorders the ship.

EDIT: Also, in case you miss it there is the Shuttle Inquiry waiting as well.

It happens sadly, and you're correct on the captain part. They are the part of the ships that keep things running and when they poof things don't tend to happen. The same can be said for most of the inactive ships, they are inactive because the captain either poofed or isn't around enough to keep things afloat.

My reply was mostly just in regards to your comment about the trinity being retired, I just don't want a ton of ship boards up that aren't being used. I'm hoping that moving the majority will inspire folks to start a new ship or two. There is one already in the works and I am pondering brining back the athena. If we can get things going again with some new blood that would be awesome.
