Officially this city was setup out as a backup Parliament capitol in response to the Unification War. It's construction both expanded the hold of the Alliance, and gave opportunity for population migration. For Osiris, in the time of war, Kongzhong Huayuan's construction provided an economic stimulus that was desperately needed.
This beautiful city is noted for its hanging gardens and glowing appearance. Throughout the metropolitan area are great arching towers of glass and ivy. The streets are frequented with walking overpasses, alive with the richest green perennial intertwining vines. Many of the decorative condominiums have leveling terraces, laiden with exotic foliage of flowers that bloom in each season.
If this is your first visit to Kongz' Hua, then do not miss the opportunity to venture along the "Steps of Egypt," automated sidewalks that run along the beating heart of the city. From these walking highways, you can get to any major center under the canopy of fantastic arrangements of ever moving gardens. A spectacle you will not want to miss.
