Name: Corran Devore
Nickname: Dev, 'Snake' (A nickname his workers usually call him due to his reflexes)
Age: 36
Faction: Alliance
Height: 6'2
Weight: 175lbs
Physical Appearance: Corran is a rather tall, slim and athletic man. Obviously designed more for speed then strength. He has deep chocolate brown eyes and deep black hair, which is neatly styled at all times. He is usually seen in rich clothing, such as white dress shirts and smart waistcoats with matching pressed trousers and black leather boots. He also has two holsters, one strapped to each slim thigh which hold his weapons of choice. He has several small scars around his abdomen and thighs and a small one below his right eye, along with a snake tattoo located on his forearm.
Weapons: Two customized 9mm pistols, both with snakes engraved on the barrels and handles. One of them is a black in colour, the other is gold. His two favorite colours. He is also well skilled in hand-to-hand combat, though prefers to kill from far.
Personality: Arrogant, dangerous, un-predictable, obsessive. Corran is not the kind of man you cross. Or the kind of man you associate yourself with unless in desperate need. He acts like a gentleman most of the time, but to those who actually know him would know he would not hesitate to put a bullet though your skull if you either cross him, or loose his interest. Corran is obsessed with power, if he sees something he wants, he would do anything to acquire it. Even though he would rather not strain himself, Corran also loves to get into a fight, considering to this date he has never lost one. Well, it's hard to loose when you have a backup man to kill your opponent if it looks like your loosing. Corran is not afraid to cheat at certain things. Though if you are of use to him, he will keep you alive until that use fullness has run out. Due to his resources and influence, Corran can be a good ally, just don't trust him. He is also known for flirting at the most inappropriate times and has a knack for taking things without the owners realizing.
Background Information: Corran was born with a silver spoon in his mouth on the planet Persephone. Being the only son to the Devore family after his brother found an un-fortunate end while out hiking (Corran would still swear blind he had nothing to do with that) Corran was given everything he could ever need. Especially when he was an adult. His parents would do anything to keep him happy, whether it was money, women, men or rather shiny objects he desired, he got them. Though, it was never enough. Corran still craved for more. And that's when he set eyes on his Captain's sister; Riena Stone for the first time. She was special, doe eyed, golden haired young girl he would rarely see around his estate, but it was her personality and her firery spirit that got his attention.
She seemed so happy about everything, so carefree and gullible. The kind of woman he thought would be ideal to have around, young, gentle, and ever so willing. But for some horrific reason un-known to Corran, Riena didn't seem to like him all that much. That kind of thing was rare for Corran, in his eyes anyway. He truly believed deep down everyone loved him, who couldn't love him? Though, that feeling slowly grew to anger and dis-taste when news reached him that Riena had disappeared. And so, to obtain the power, funds and reputation he needed to find her again, he murdered his parents without any remorse, cleverly disguising it to look like an accident, and took over the families vast wealth.
Even though he had a legit business now, it was only a front, as Corran preferred dealing in the black market. His charms and influence used wisely to attain certain items which would usually be near impossible to obtain and then sell them for a much higher price to other buyers. Or, he would just steal, hiring thugs and the like to ravage vessels in the black, and bring back the spoils for him to sell on. Of course, most of the time he would have the thugs killed so no evidence went back to him. Last thing he needed was authorities bashing on his door for justice. That would put a downer on his day. Though those who prove themselves more then useful to him he kept alive, happily labeling them his 'workers', sending them on jobs he would rather not get his hands dirty with.
He wasn't a huge name in the verse, as much as he would love to be, but he had required enough power to look for Riena properly. His obsession for her was still unknown to her, But just the thought that someone could run away from him without thinking their could be consequences boiled his blood. Such was the way Corran worked. He got what he wanted, no matter what. It wasn't love that drove him. No no, the only person he loved in the verse was himself. What drove him was his pride and lust.
People still whisper about his fiance ditching him, of course, most of those people he had managed to catch were now lying six feet under sand in their eternal sleep. But that didn't stop the rumors he knew were still flying around. And he was going to deal with it. One way or another he would keep his pride over this matter intact. After a while, he started to make deals with crime lords and transport vessels, bribing and buying all kinds of information or items he could use for either expanding his business, or finding his run-away lady.
In the end, he decided to go look for her first hand, roaming the docks of Persephone for any kind of ship, trying to keep a low key as possible. Last thing he needed was everyone knowing his presence, as much as he loved being the center of attention. If news got to Riena that he was personally looking here for her, it would most probably ruin the whole thing. Though Corran had a horrible feeling he wouldn't be able to recognize her after so long. No doubt she would have change her appearance. But how many people out there had detailed tattoo of a dragon on there thighs? That would be a starting point for him, an interesting one at that.
Other: Is currently out looking for Riena disguised as a passenger/ Or part of a crew. Take her back and force her to marry him, Kicking and screaming if need be.

Rp Example:
Corran was annoyed.
Ignoring the sounds of the servant girl behind him clamoring to grab all her clothing off his bedroom floor, his bright green eyes carried on staring at the fireplace before him, cheek resting upon a pale hand as the flames danced about in front of him. His eyes seemed to twitch towards the door for a moment as the girl ran out, seeming rather annoyed that he had been disturbed from his thoughts. He finally looked back to the fireplace, a sigh escaping his thin dry lips as he raised the crystal glass to his lips, the rich red wine trickling into his mouth. Even after his entertainment for the day, he still felt troubled. It had been so long now, but it still bugged him to no end. The whole ordeal about that girl running from him. She made a laughing stock of him, an absolute fool. A man who couldn't even keep one woman at his side. He began gnawing upon his bottom lip, a little habit of his when memories he would rather forget propped up like this. He wasn't even aware of the thin trail of blood trickling from his now split lip until he felt something warm drip down onto his bare chest. Looking down to the red liquid in slight surprise, he moved a hand to run against the wound upon his lip, looking at the blood on his thumb for a moment before licking it off.
Resting his back against the large red velvet chair he was currently sat upon, he held the now empty cup loosely between his thin fingers, his mind still wandering. The only thing that really bothered him was that girl. Not even the murder of his entire family haunted him as much as Riena did. Or any murders he was responsible for. Killing people was easy, blocking them from his mind even easier. But being practically abandoned by your fiance? It was one of the biggest insults that someone could do to him, even worse then being punched in his books.
So he decided. After he had cleaned up and changed his appearance, he would look for her himself. Should have done that so long ago instead of relying on others. After some information he had managed to beat out of a vessel captain, he knew that Riena had been sighted recently in Persephone docks, and so, that would be the first place he looked. With a new smile plastered to his handsome face, he suddenly stood up, chucking the empty glass onto his bed for a servant to clean up later. He quickly dressed in his less extravagant outfit, plain but respectable clothes, and cleaned himself up a bit. Quickly strapping his trusted weapons to his thighs, he twirled around the room, his despair now lifted to be replaced by excitement. It didn't take the young man long to pack enough clothing, items and money to keep him going for a while, as he slung the leather bag over a shoulder.
"Time to find you, Verralynn." He growled pleasantly to himself as Riena's old pet name rolled over his tongue, inspecting his face one last time before heading towards the door to his room. "Oh, and such a wonderful reunion it will be! There will be smiles, tears, and gun shots if I'm not impressed. All good things for me." He spoke to himself, voice always full of pride and self-love. He paused in his tracks as he noticed his trusty butler waiting for him outside his room.
"Are you going out somewhere, young Master?" He asked, watching Corran for a moment.
With a smile plastered upon his face, he nodded furiously before patting the aging man's cheek. "Indeed I am, where are my..."
"Downstairs by the door, sir." The butler replied, watching the young man dash down the grand staircase and make a bee line towards the items in question. There sat waiting by the door was a pair of black gloves, and a leather jacket. Pulling the items on, he looked back to the Butler. "You're in charge while I'm gone! If there's anything out of place or the servants have revolted, you'll be responsible. Dohn lu mah?"
There was a pause as the Butler didn't look all that amused. "Perfectly, sir." He finally replied as Corran left the estate, making his way towards the docks.
Misc: Corran killed Riena's brother Derrick, in cold blood. Killed all of his crew members and stole his ship along with her. Held Riena captive for three weeks forcing her to do things she would never have done, and beat her within an inch of her life. She was able to escape by the sheer will of living, and took refuge on Hera for six months and then left for Persephone, to find a ship, and forget all about Corran and start her life allover
